my background
My career has had many twists and turns along the way and I’ve had to “re.invent” myself many times – in my 15+ years of professional experience, I’ve worked as a strategic consultant, project manager, and agile team coach in larger transformations.
In my work as a coach, I want to bring purpose and well-being into the workplace. This is why I have added re.invent teams to my coaching portfolio. I give external talks about “Happiness at Work” and “Team Mindfulness”. Teams perform better when they have the opportunity to work in a positive environment.
I’m also an advocate for women in the workplace.
I founded re.invent women in 2017 to coach female leaders all over the world. As a community builder, I founded global Women’s Network at adidas connecting +1200 members worldwide with mentoring and career development initiatives (as a result, the network has been integrated into the global adidas Diversity strategy since 2017.
I have coaching certifications from the Coaches Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and International Coaching Federation as a Professional Credited Coach (PCC). My formal education includes a Master’s degree in Business (MBA) from Erasmus University, Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Political Science & French from the University of Pittsburgh.
Originally from the USA, I currently live near Nuremberg in Germany with my husband & family.
